The Best Meal of the Day!

I don't know about you, but the hardest thing for me to do when eating healthy is to get enough vegetables and sometimes even fruits in my day.  Those are the things that require prep and need to be fresh.  With my busy little life, I don't always make it to the store when we run out and when I do, I may not have time right away to wash and cut things up for easy consumption. 
Let's face it, when we are in a hurry, we want something that won't take forever to get together, so we start grabbing the first thing we see.  Well, I have found my solution for a convenient, grab and go kind of snack.  However, it is more than just a snack, it is a complete meal replacement.  Shakeology states that it is the best meal of the day and I think they are right.  It tastes like a treat and I can even just mix it with water and enjoy it.  This leaves me with very little excuses not to eat healthy, even when I am on the go or haven't made it to the store for more fresh produce.

What is it?

Shakeology is a nutrient-dense, super food packed protein shake.  It is made with the healthy stuff you should be eating everyday, but typically don't.  It is the perfect combination of proteins, phytonutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics.

The questions is what doesn't it do for you.  If you are on a workout program, it is not only convenient and easy to fix, but it gives you that added boost of energy.  It is perfect for a meal or an after workout recharge.  It will increase energy and help you to feel your best.  Not only does it taste great, but for those of us who are not big salad fans, here you go.  No chopping and washing veggies and lettuce, it is the equivalent to 6 salads in one serving!  What?!  That  makes me feel better everytime I drink it  because I know that no matter how my day has gone, I am getting the nutrients that I need to stay healthy.  It also gives us a no excuses plan for eating breakfast.  We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes we tend to skip it or eat a bowl of sugary cereal out of convenience.  Well, no more!  I now have a spring in my step, a healthy immune system, a properly functioning digestive system and the confidence that I am getting everything I need without having to remember to take a multi-vitamin that may or may not make me nauseous.
